In addition to using Kirkpatrick's evaulation methodology in our courseware, SPM has adopted the Jack Phillips ROI Methodology™, a proven way to show accountability in a logical and rational way, to assist our clients, and show a clear link between learning activity and tangible performance improvements. SPM understands that this is a critical component of learning programs and have incorporated this type of evaluation into every facet of our process.
