• DiSC Assessment - Affective - identifies an individual’s behaviour profile. SPM leverages the online DISC®  tool. It generates a Personal Profile that can be used to develop and improve relationships, teamwork and communications.
• PM Knowledge Assessment - Cognitive -measure what an individual can do – in this case, the person’s Project Management and General Management Proficiency.  Using the online Individual Cognitive Assessment tool a profile of skills and capabilities is identified.
• Organizational Assessment (Maturity Management Program) - measures the effectiveness of your project and initiative management infrastructure in delivering business results. An optimized infrastructure will improve individual performance across the board. The outcome of SPM’s organizational assessment is a roadmap for the next level of organizational maturity. Leading to more predictable results, higher quality deliverables and faster turnaround times.
