As a Global Charter Registered Education Provider (REP) for the Project Management Institute (PMI®), SPM’s comprehensive training courses are developed in accordance with the PMBOK™ guide and other relevant standards, addressing each of the nine knowledge areas of project quality, scope, time, cost, human resources, communications, risk, procurement and integration management. We are able to offer Professional Development Units (PDUs) on all courses for individuals who want to pursue or maintain project management certification from PMI®.

SPM Learning also offers an extensive leadership development curriculum through our partnership with Barnes and Conti. This curriculum was developed from academic, as well as ‘best-practice’ research and is extremely practical and ‘hands-on’. Participants walk out of each session with actual skills, instead of just knowledge and understanding.

SPM Learning also works with clients to improve team performance and culture. SPM Learning has been working with the Kolbe Concept® for several years and has a Kolbe Certified Consultant on staff. We use the Kolbe Assessments to help organizations understand their existing, perceived and required Team Culture and develop the necessary interventions to move teams to their desired result. We can assess the team’s productivity and efficiency and make recommendations for improvement.
